Apply for Sales Development Representative

We are looking for a seasoned and driven hunter to join our journey as a Sales Development Rep (SDR). In this role you will work closely with the sales and marketing teams and drive ARMO’s business growth by creating qualified leads. You will develop new business opportunities through inbound lead follow-ups, outbound prospecting, cold calling and email campaigns.  As an integral part of our sales team and strategy, you will have the opportunity to impact on the business and go to market strategy in ways that are not possible in other companies.

What will you do?

Work closely with the sales team and sales and marketing leadership to develop prospecting strategies.
Initiate custom reach outs based on product based and internal leads
Conduct strategic prospecting campaigns through a mix of open source and industry prospects.
Generate new business pipeline through outbound prospecting activities and inbound lead follow-up
Establish active communication and engagement with prospects to create new leads and sales opportunities
Concisely deliver the ARMO message and use cases
Schedule discovery meetings and Demos and prep the sales team prior to the discussion.
Research and evaluate prospects prior to engagement
Occasionally Represent ARMO at industry events and partner conferences

About you:

1-3 years of SaaS sales and/or SDR experience with proven success, demonstrating quota achievement
Self-starter and Self-learner who enjoys working in high pace, fast growth environments and thrives in a dynamic environment
Highly organized with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
Ownership, accountability, and the ability to show initiative and go the extra mile
Ability to overcome objections and deal with rejection daily
Passionate, competitive and Enthusiastic about about sales
A true team player with an uncompromising can-do attitude and problem solving skills
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
