Apply for Senior Solutions Engineer

We are looking for a talented, passionate and business oriented yet technical solution engineer. In this role you will be responsible for supporting both our enterprise and open source users as they transition and onboard to Kubescape and our premium offerings. As our customer’s trusted partner, you will be presenting new insights  advising on best practices and show them how  to secure their  Kubernetes environments.

What will you do?

Demonstrate a deep understanding of Kubernetes and Kubernetes Security landscapes
Prepare and Attend pre and some post sales processes and tailor communications as needed
Deliver effective product Demonstrations, presentations, demo’s, and POC’s to prospective customers.
Leverage product capabilities to demonstrate tool value and transition Kubescape Open Source customers to a premium model.
Work closely with the sales team to provide technical expertise and thought leadership to meet sales targets.
Partner with customers to build repeatable test plans that clearly demonstrate value and are digestible at the executive level.
Work according to SLAs to solve issues and answer potential and existing customers questions and concerns
Collaborate with various departments (PMs, Sales, R&D) to explore Explore and troubleshoot complex customer issues and queries and resolve issues and escalation cases, as well as product updates
Discover customer needs and Provide feedback to Product & RnD teams
Occasionally Represent ARMO at industry events, partner conferences, and technical forums.

Managerial Span and Interfaces:

You will partner with the sales, product and marketing teams regional account executives and report to the VP of Sales.

About you:

5+ years of experience in an SE role delivering solutions to enterprise customers across all roles of the business- Quota carrying
Ability to deliver strong technical presentations and tie it to tangible business value.
Vast knowledge of Kubernetes CI/CD and Kubernetes security environments
Proven Experience in the Cloud Security industry
Strong Technical knowledge with a passion for troubleshooting common customer environment challenges
Understanding of DevOps security pains
Results-oriented mindset and desire to thrive in a hyper-growth start-up environment
Self learner with ability to deep dive and learn new domains, technology fields, products and solutions.
Proactive “can do” attitude, energetic and approachable personality
Self-motivated with ability to prioritize workload as needed.
A true team player with a positive attitude and problem solving skills.
Strong communication skills – written, verbal, presentation

US- Remote. Some travel will be required
