We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Product Designer with a strong technical background to join our dynamic product team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise to craft user-friendly products, features, and functionalities that resonate with our users. You will play a pivotal role in translating product functionality and values into intuitive and engaging user interfaces. Collaborating closely with product managers, you will gather user requirements, develop graphic elements, and design navigation components. Your contributions will directly impact the creation of functional and visually appealing features that drive both product innovation and customer growth.
Define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals and experience
Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering
Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks
Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps
Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards
Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like
Effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
Managerial Span and Interfaces:
Collaborate with different stakeholders including, RnD, Sales, and Product teams. Reporting directly to the Head of Product.
At least 5 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
Hands-on experience with Figma and design systems.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping.
Proven track record in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and sitemaps
Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
A true team player with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to manage interfaces and multiple stakeholders

Proactive “can do” attitude, and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (both Hebrew and English)
Ability to thrive in a fast pace environment
